You won't see me in bluish-green pictures looking like an Avatar reject.
You won't find the iconic white earphones dangling from my ears.
You won't see my eager fingers moving around a sleek touchscreen.
It takes me a few minutes to figure out that when people are discussing Cupcake and Froyo, they aren't discussing what to treat my hungry tummy to, but versions of Android.
And when you say the word tablet, my first instinct is to think Crocin.
This is the truth as I know it.
While I am not inherently excited by technology, as I sat staring at the mail from my grandmom which ended with 'Sent from my iPad', I am more determined than ever to like it. Wait, love it and embrace all that changing technology brings with it.
Give me a crash-course in all things technology, please? :)

Lets start with the mouse please? :P
Well, for Androids, it's Gingerbread now :)

Its blissful to be technology-retarded sometimes. Your post reminded me of someone who was this party animal. And worse was when she expected someone like me to know all the names of all these party places in Madras. Reality was a whole lot on the contrary. :P

Well, I'm a Nokia loyalist myself and I've owned the same N78 for four years now. And I go clackety clack on the keyboard of a Windows XP Pentium III processor PC forever. So consider me as blind to tech trends as anyone cud possibly be. You know, if it isn't broke...! :D
That image is super-cute tho'!
aww :) am a software engineer and still suck at technology :D xx thanks for visiting my blog and the follow...
Is it weird that when you wrote Cupcake, I started picturing a chocolatey cupcake before me..I wasn't slightly aware that it's some version of Android...?? :P
I think being a little low on tech IQ isn't that bad!! Or so I tell myself.. :D
P.S. A first-timer on your blog... Totally love the way you write... Keep going =) ♥
Technology is only as smart as the person using it.
Beautifully written!
Technology is indeed an enigma, more so, for people, who work with it on a daily basis, and yet, would give anything to be away from it.
I think you should reply to your grandma by writing her an old-fashioned letter. Using pen and paper. Do you remember the last time you wrote a letter -- to anyone? Try it, I think you will love it!
Peace!
What I can't figure out is where everyone is getting the time to use all these things. Doesn't anyone go to work any more? :)
I read an article this morning that people can and are texting in their sleep, apparently this isn't difficult for the human mind to do.
Boggles my mind what I might say behind my own back!
