And that white guitar you see is being played by Jonsi, lead vocalist of one of my favourite bands, Sigur Ros from Iceland. Notice something awesome? He plays it with the the bow you generally play a violin with!

Anyway, I will say this - this is an awesomely done room.. totally cool..

@Dr. R, college is 20 minutes away from my home, so no, this is not a hostel room. It's just my room at my place! :)
And those pictures have been taken off the internet, after long long loooong hours of looking for just the right thing. Btw, there just might be a "The Doors" poster coming up there soon! :)

any idea where/which sites to get good quality movie posters ( vintage or new ) to download with the aim of framing like ur elvis pic ?
Hey I just noticed something.. That Elvis Presley poster is his classic pose from Jailhouse Rock, right? I've just never seen that background on it before, did you change the background?
And Dr. Roshan, you cud go to google images, type "vintage movie posters" and pick the large resolution option if you want to blow it up and frame it or something..I got a lovely image of Casablanca that way..
And Nitisha, I keep coming back here to look at the pictures man! :D
@Tangled up in blue-You are the first (and surprisingly the only )person to have recognized his Jailhouse Rock get-up! And this poster was bought as it is from a store close by, I didnt make any changes to it. :)
And ooooh, Casablanca? Really??? Now I'm jealous! :P
@Dr.Roshan- TUIB gave a great idea! There are a ton of cool posters out there to choose from on the internet, and picking the large resolution ones always do the trick. If you're into music, I suggest visit the band's original website for quality images. OR you can check out photo-sharing sites like Picassa or Flickr. :)
Aaaand, Karishma, about Sigur Ros.. I absolutely love their music. Plus, you should really watch their documentary Heima. :)

In case you don't know already, Jonsi is out with an album of his own. "Tornado" and "Boy Lilkoi" are sure favorites from that album!!!
I once put up a Korn and SOAD poster and mom pulled it off..saying what are these ugly things on the wall..

@Srishti-Haha, Srishti NOOOOO it isn't! I cleaned up my bed and stuff right before the pictures are clicked. Notice how there aren't any pictures of my cupboard or study table here. :P

even i hav a poster..of elvis..got it with his compilation album..elvis at movies..i m not much elvis fan..but i do like impersonating his voice..if i rememeber the lyrics i can get decent sound like his..the poster is in my sis's room.. i do listen to lot of music..not korn nowadays..but in the heydays of nu metal and in days of college punk yrs (jr colg to be accurate) they were my medium for angst.. now i m into classic rock..scorpions/deep purple/doors/maiden/.. and KISS.. and if i need to get out of retro mode..the usuall punk ditties like greenday/offspring/weezer/.... well the list is long.. and i don thnk ppl will believe it.. i also listen to dido and nelly furtado ...just for their voice...not the lyrics.. ok.. i m not able to stop writing about music..maybe i can put about it in mt blog... i m just sleepy due to eatin too many rosagulla's.... zzzzzzzzzzz
oh..wait how could i forgot mom getting scared of the poster i had lined up to replace SOAD and Korn...marilyn manson and slipknot.. ha ha..some crazy days..
