I read about him in the wikipedia and looks like an interesting novelist to check out...Lonesome Traveler (Short Stories Collection also looks to be an interesting book) :)
There is something very intriguing about Jack Kerouac and his writing. I cannot quite put my finger on it. But well, I was wondering about buying it, too. And from flipkart itself. The Penguin edition which is so cheap it is almost unreal. :) Will you be my reviewer again? :)

I read about "On the road" only here, looked it up and couldn't hold back ordering it. IT IS MAGICAL!!
I was completely unaware about the whole beatnik generation until I started reading the book.
